The precise volumetric dosing machine UTD-01 is used for increased accuracy in the dosing of emulsified stuffings, pates, melted cheeses, and other paste-like products. It is used in line with the KOMPO OPTI Vacuum Filler and KN-32 Fully Automatic Clipper to fill products in tubular casings. The machine's operating unit follows the principle of volumetric dosing - the dosing cylinder pushes a pre-defined volume of product into the clipper cog. The high output, dosing accuracy and possibility to handle all types of paste-like products allow the UTD-01 to facilitate the production of high-quality products that meet all standard requirements for permissible weight tolerance and guarantee customer satisfaction.
