The OSM-type Combined Scalding & Dehairing Machine has two openable covers that enable loading of pork carcasses from the rear or from the front of the device. A convenient bristle separator is mounted on the side of the scalder. The structure and housing of the scalding-brush machine is made entirely of acid-resistant steel. The working part consists of a scalding machine as well as a driving and steering part. Inside the scalder there is a tubular steam heating system, two bristle shafts and a device for ejecting pig carcasses outside. The bathtub is insulated with mineral wool and sheathed with cover sheets. The scalding pan has two openable covers that enable loading of pork carcasses from the rear or from the front of the device. On the side of the scalder there is a bristle separator with a movable discharge hopper.
