Bowl Cutter AK-RAMON AS-40 is made of stainless steel. Bowl capacity is 40 liters, and it is equipped two independent motors and safety brake on the knives. Motor power of the knives is 5.15 kW and Motor power of the bowl 0.75 kW. Variable knife speed 1,500 rpm to 3,000 rpm. Variable bowl speed: 12 rpm to 24 rpm.
