Principle of operation: The carcass from the scalder falls onto the bristle-brush bed, where the rotating shaft armed with scraper paws removes the bristles. The water spray allows for thorough cleaning and makes it easier to remove the bristles into the bathtub. The item is ejected from the bristle brush by automatic opening of the gate by means of pneumatic actuators. The device is synchronized with the scalding machine. Everything is made of acid-resistant steel.
